Data may be transferred to service providers to the extent necessary for their operation and where there is a lawful basis. Data may be provided to government authorities in cases specified by law. Information from enquiries is not intended for public publication on the website.
6. Storage, security and ending processing
Data is processed only to the extent and for as long as necessary to respond to an enquiry, prepare an offer and fulfil the other stated purposes, unless a different period is required by law or contract. Once the purpose has been fulfilled, processing is no longer necessary or consent has been withdrawn, processing ends and the data is deleted or destroyed within the time limits prescribed by law, unless there is another lawful basis for retaining it.
The controller takes the necessary legal, organisational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure and destruction. The connection to the website is protected by HTTPS. Enquiries are handled through platform accounts and work email.
